Thai Yoga Stretching at Float Euphoria is a fully clothed, mat-based assisted stretching experience that blends mindful movement, breath awareness, and guided mobility. Inspired by traditional Thai movement practices, this session focuses on supported yoga-style stretches and instructor-guided positioning to help improve flexibility, range of motion, and body awareness. The experience centers on assisted stretching and coordinated movement.

During your session, a Certified Yoga Instructor or Stretch Instructor will guide you through carefully supported stretches, using body positioning and leverage to help you move comfortably into each stretch. Movements are synchronized with your breath to create a calm, flowing experience.

Clients often describe the session as grounding and refreshing. Afterward, many feel more open, relaxed, and aware of their body's natural movement patterns.

Thai Yoga Stretching is an instructor-guided assisted stretching and mobility session. It does not include massage therapy or soft tissue manipulation.


Your Session Experience

Each Thai Yoga Stretching session is adapted to your comfort level and mobility goals. You'll remain fully clothed in comfortable, flexible attire while a Certified Yoga Instructor or Stretch Instructor guides you through supported postures on a cushioned floor mat. The focus is on gentle, instructor-led movement and mindful breath - never forcing, only guiding the body into comfortable stretch positions at its own pace.

Whether you're looking to move more freely, improve flexibility, or simply enjoy a deeply relaxing movement experience, this session offers a calm and supportive way to reconnect with your body.

Thai Yoga Stretching is an assisted stretching experience designed to promote ease of movement, body awareness, and relaxation. At Float Euphoria, our Certified Yoga Instructors and Stretch Instructors are here to guide your mobility practice, helping you move with greater confidence, balance, and comfort.

Stretch Instructor

Crystal graduated from National Holistic Institute in San Jose, California. She is trained in Thai Yoga Stretching and is a Certified Hula Hoop Instructor. Crystal loves helping people explore mobility through guided stretching and mindful movement. She's honored to offer Thai Yoga Stretching at Float Euphoria and enjoys supporting clients in feeling more comfortable, open, and connected in their bodies. For Crystal, relaxation and self-care include yoga, massage, hula hooping, and hanging out in trees.


Stretch Instructor

Kayla is a Certified Yoga Instructor with a certification in Thai Yoga Stretching. Kayla's interest in the wellness field began around the age of 18 when she experienced her own health issues that she wanted to understand and resolve. Kayla began her yoga journey in 2010, practicing Bikram yoga. In 2014, she attended a 200 hour yoga teacher training in Hawaii. In training, she learned about Vipassana Meditation, a 10-day silent meditation course. She was very intrigued and journeyed to her first 10-day course that same year, which was life-changing. Kayla continues to journey to the 10-day Vipassana course yearly. In 2015, she completed her 300 hour yoga teacher training in Peru, immersing in subjects like Shamanism, Ayurveda, anatomy, holistic health, energy healing, and much more. In 2024, she then traveled to Costa Rica for a continuing education training on Yin Yoga & Yoga Nidra. In 2025, Kayla completed a nine-week Bikram yoga teacher training in Thailand, and trained in Thai Yoga Stretching. She regularly teaches a 90-minute hot yoga class at Bikram Yoga Tri-Cities. Kayla continues to attend Yoga teacher trainings all over the world as being a life long yoga student is part of her journey.
